Administrative Professional Council Scholarship

The APC Scholarship will be awarded to Administrative Professional staff; and children and spouses of staff members.  The scholarship requires that the recipient be an undergraduate student maintaining a full course load or a graduate student enrolled either full or part-time.  Eligible recipients must initially hold and maintain at least a 3.0 GPA.  The recipient of the APC Scholarship must be in good-standing with the University and must attend the year-end meeting of the Council.


Alan Love Memorial

The Alan Love Memorial Scholarship requires the recipient to be enrolled as a full-time student with a major in Political Science. The student must maintain a 3.0 GPA.




Alice Kornafel Scholarship

The Alice Kornafel Scholarship requires that the recipient enroll as a full-time Automotive Industry Management major, have and maintain at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA, and be a resident of Colorado.




American Assn of University Women

The American Association of University Women Scholarship requires the recipient to be classified as a Sophomore, junior or senior and be enrolled at CSU-Pueblo full-time. The recipient must be a non-traditional student who maintains a minimum 2.0 GPA. Preference is given to female applicants.


Anna & Frank Taussig Scholarship

The Anna and Frank Taussig Scholarship requires that the recipient be enrolled as a full-time student majoring in either Russian or Accounting. The recipient must maintain a 3.25 cumulative GPA and be a Colorado resident. Funds from this scholarship may only be used towards tuition and recipients may not have additional scholarships. Preference is given to students returning after raising a family, being involved in a career, suffering from an illness, or having made contributions to the welfare of women.




Anthony Capps Capozzolo Scholarship in the Visual Arts

The Anthony Capps Capozzolo Scholarship in the Visual Arts requires that the recipient major in art and maintain the required cumulative GPA for Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Fine Arts candidates. Scholarship recipients must also continue to produce meritorious work appropriate to their degree and/or studio emphasis area to receive and retain this scholarship.




Art & Lorraine Gonzales Athletic Scholarship

The Art & Lorraine Gonzales Athletic Scholarship is awarded to CSU-Pueblo Athletes as part of their athletic grant-in-aid package.  In most cases, this award will replace existing athletic aid on a dollar-for-dollar basis.

The Art & Lorraine Gonzales Baseball Scholarship is awarded to CSU-Pueblo Athletes as part of their athletic grant-in-aid package.  In most cases, this award will replace existing athletic aid on a dollar-for-dollar basis.


Assistance League

The Assistance League of Pueblo Scholarship requires the recipient to be enrolled as a full-time Sophomore, reside in Pueblo County, maintain at least a 3.5 GPA, and demonstrate some financial need.




Automotive Booster Clubs Scholarship

The Automotive Booster Clubs International Scholarship requires the recipient to be enrolled as a full-time student majoring in Automotive Industry Management and that the recipient be committed to working in the automotive industry upon graduation.




Babe & Charlie Hoffman Memorial Men's Basketball Scholarship

The Babe & Charlie Hoffman Memorial Men's Basketball Scholarship is awarded to CSU-Pueblo Athletes as part of their athletic grant-in-aid package.  In most cases, this award will replace existing athletic aid on a dollar-for-dollar basis.


Bank of the San Juans Business Scholarship

The Bank of the San Juans Business Scholarship requires recipients to display both merit and financial need. To be eligible for this scholarship, the student must be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student, majoring in any degree program within the Hasan School of Business.  The recipient must initially hold and maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA. Successful applicants must submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by the University’s priority funding date and demonstrate one of the following Colorado annual income qualifications:  Single household, $48,050; two in household, $54,900; three in household, $61,800; four in household, $68,650.   Recipients must derive from one of the following qualifying Colorado counties: Archuleta, El Paso, Fremont, Mesa, Moffat, Pueblo, Rio Blanco or Routt


Barbara Beck Memorial Scholarship in Voice

The Barbara Beck Memorial Scholarship in Voice will be awarded to sophomore or junior students majoring in music with an emphasis in voice.  The scholarship is both merit and need-based.  Eligible students must be undergraduates who are in good academic standing within the University and the music department; permanently reside in Colorado; and enroll full-time (exceptions for less-than full-time enrollment may be granted for special cases).   Students must maintain a 3.0 GPA to remain eligible. As well, the applicant must audition before three CSU-Pueblo music faculty members, of which two must be voice faculty.  A music scholarship committee will make recommendations to the Foundation, based on the students’ scholarship essay(s), the audition, and the quality/quantity of community outreach performed by the student, such as public recitals and/or other comparable activities.   


Barbara Fortino Scholarship for the President's Leadership Program

The Barbara Fortino Scholarship requires that the recipient be  a full-time undergraduate student, accepted into and fully participatory within the President's Leadership Program at CSU-Pueblo. The student must maintain at least a 3.2 GPA.




Battelle Scholarship

The Battelle Scholarship requires that the recipient is a Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Math or Physics major. Other criteria are that the recipient must demonstrate both merit and financial need, be enrolled full-time, be an undergraduate (all classes considered), initially have at least a 3.5 GPA and thereafter maintain at least a 3.0 to keep the scholarship, and be a southern Colorado resident.




Bechtel Pueblo Team Endowed Scholarship Fund

To qualify for the scholarship, recipient(s) must major in one of the following degree programs: civil engineering technology, engineering (mechatronics), engineering (railroad), industrial and systems engineering, industrial engineering and must initially possess and maintain at least a 3.0 GPA and permanently reside in Pueblo County. To be eligible for this scholarship, a student must be either an undergraduate or graduate student, enrolled either full-time or part-time, and display some form of financial need. Students receiving this scholarship will have some form of financial need but will also be required to maintain the minimum grade point average indicated.


Beck-Ortner Centennial

The Beck-Ortner Merit Scholarship requires the recipient to be enrolled as a full-time entering freshman. The recipient must have graduated from Centennial High School, and demonstrate academic excellence.


Beck-Ortner Central

The Beck-Ortner Merit Scholarship requires the recipient to be enrolled as a full-time entering freshman. The recipient must have graduated from Central High School, and demonstrate academic excellence.


Belmont Optimist Club Scholarship

The Belmont Optimist Club Scholarship requires that the recipient be an incoming freshman from Pueblo County with a minimum high school GPA of 3.0. It is the donor's preference that this scholarship be a renewable scholarship until the graduation of the selected student, so long as the student meets the eligibility requirements. To retain the award for multiple years, the student must maintain a 2.5 cumulative grade point average  or higher.


Bernard O. Schmidt Chieftain Business

The Robert Hoag Rawlings Foundation's Bernard O. Schmidt Business Scholarship requires the recipient to be enrolled as a full-time Junior or Senior Business major and maintain a 2.5 GPA. The recipient must be a resident of southeastern Colorado.




Billy Zercher Memorial Scholarship

The Billy Zercher Memorial Scholarship is merit and financial-need based. Students receiving this scholarship are required to maintain a 3.0 GPA. Eligible recipients of this scholarship must be registered in full-time undergraduate coursework in civil engineering technology, industrial engineering, or construction management. The recipient of this scholarship must display exceptional character and perseverance.


Binu and Aleysa George Memorial Scholarship

The recipient of the Binu and Aleysa George Memorial Scholarship must be a full-time, undergraduate student. The recipient must hold at least a 3.2 GPA and dedicate at least 50 hours of community service per semester.




Black Hills Energy

The Black Hills Energy Scholarship requires that the recipient maintain a 3.0 GPA, and are a residential customer or the owner/operator of a commercial or industrial account at Black Hills Energy. Applicants may not be Black Hills employees or relatives of Black Hill employees, nor may they be retired from Black Hills. Preference is for business, marketing, economics, engineering, or natural science majors.




Bob and Karen Leach Scholarship

ecipients of the Bob and Karen Leach Scholarship must be US citizens and Colorado residents. Recipients must have and maintain a minimum 3.0 cumulative gpa in order to receive and renew the scholarship.  The scholarship is need-based and will be awarded to sophomore, junior or senior undergraduate students majoring in nursing (must be accepted into the nursing program) engineering, or civil engineering.




Boettcher Opportunity Award

The Boettcher Opportunity Award Grant requires that the recipient maintain at least a 3.0 GPA while being a full-time Sophomore, Junior, or Senior. The recipient must also be part of an under-represented group.


Bowie Family Award

The Bowie Family Award requires the recipient to be a Mass Communications student beyond freshman year that has a 3.0 GPA or higher, with potential in advertising, graphics, and design.




Bret Kelly Memorial

The Bret Kelly Memorial Scholarship requires that the recipient be a part-time Junior, Senior or Degree-Plus student majoring in Business who will maintain a GPA of 2.5 or above. The recipient must also be a Colorado resident.


Bruce Rice Memorial Golf Scholarship

The Bruce Rice Memorial Golf Scholarship requires that the recipient be a member of the CSU-Pueblo Men's Golf team and be in good standing with the NCAA.   This scholarship is awarded as part of the student athlete's athletic grant-in-aid package.  In most cases, this award will replace existing athletic aid on a dollar-for-dollar basis.


Buddy Rice Memorial Fund

The Buddy Rice Memorial Fund is merit-based only. Students receiving this scholarship must have at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA and can be either full-time or part-time undergraduate students. Funds can be used for any student majoring in construction management and permanently residing in Colorado.
 




Business Women's Network Scholarship

The Business Women's Network Scholarship requires that the recipient be a full-time female student majoring in Business, Accounting, Management, or Economics and is permanently residing in Pueblo, Colorado. The recipient must maintain at least a 3.5  cumulative GPA.




Carole and Dr. Larry Walls Scholarship

This scholarship will be awarded based on merit only. Eligible students may be either undergraduate or graduate level, enrolled either full-time or part-time. Students must initially possess and maintain a 3.0 GPA to be eligible. Eligible recipients must permanently reside in southern Colorado. Undergraduate recipients must major any of the STEM majors.


Carson Family Scholarship Endowment

This scholarship is financial need-based only. Students receiving this scholarship must display financial need as defined by University and federal standards. While financial need is the main requirement, the eligible candidate must stay within good academic standing within their department and the University overall. Eligible recipients must be a resident from the San Luis Valley region of Colorado; eligible counties include Mineral, Saguache, Rio Grande, Alamosa, Conejos, and Costilla. Students receiving this scholarship can be either full-time or part-time graduate or undergraduate students; full-time students should be preferred but part-time students may be considered.
 




Cecil Mullins Meritorious Honor Roll Scholarship

The Cecil Mullins Meritorious Honor Roll Scholarship requires that the recipient be a full-time entering Freshman, with a 2.5 GPA, demonstrate financial need, and have graduated from a Pueblo District 70 school.


Charles & Hazel Runge Scholarship

The Charles & Hazel Runge Scholarship requires the recipient to demonstrate financial need and to maintain a 3.0 GPA. **Please note for your thank-you letter: Charles and Hazel Runge have passed away, so the thank-you letter is instead going to Charles’ sister, Jane. Jane is not the donor of this scholarship, but she appreciates being thanked and hearing how the generosity of her brother and sister-in-law benefits students.**


Charles E. Mason Scholarship Fund

The Charles E. Mason Scholarship requires that the recipient have and maintain at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA, be a junior or senior full-time AIM major, and demonstrate through their writing that they possess the necessary work ethic, motivation, inspiration, and goals to be successful in the automotive industry.


Chieftain Family Scholarship

The Chieftain Family Scholarship requires that the recipient maintain at least a 2.5 GPA while taking 9 credit hours and be a Pueblo Chieftain employee or an immediate family member of an employee.




Chuck Stephens Memorial Men's Basketball Scholarship

Chuck Stephens Memorial Men's Basketball Scholarship is awarded to CSU-Pueblo Athletes as part of their athletic grant-in-aid package.  In most cases, this award will replace existing athletic aid on a dollar-for-dollar basis.


Clarence Swanson Memorial Scholarship

The Clarence Swanson Memorial Scholarship requires that the recipient be a math major who maintains at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA.




Classified Staff Council Scholarship

The Classified Staff Council Scholarship requires that the recipient be  a full-time undergraduate student who maintains at least a 3.0 GPA and has an immediate family member who is a Classified Staff employee at CSU-Pueblo. To maintain eligible to receive this scholarship, recipients must complete volunteer hours as assigned by the Classified Staff Council. Recipients receiving this scholarship will need to coordinate their volunteer duties and hours with members of Classified Staff Council.




Clayton A. Becker Accounting Scholarship

The Clayton A. Becker Accounting Scholarship requires that the recipient be a junior or senior accounting major who maintains at least a 3.0 GPA.




Clem & Marge Hausman Scholarship - Need

The Clem & Marge Hausman Scholarship requires that the recipient be an entering Freshman and demonstrate high academic performance, a good attitude, and personal motivation. Financial need is required.


Clem and Marge Hausman Scholarship - Academic

The Clem & Marge Hausman Scholarship requires that the recipient be an entering Freshman and demonstrate high academic performance, a good attitude, and personal motivation.


Colorado Opportunity Scholarship - Cohort IV

The Colorado Opportunity Scholarship requires that the recipient be either a first generation college student or a racial or ethnic minority.  The recipient must be a junior who is scheduled to graduate within two years.   Must be a Colorado resident, maintain at least a 3.0 GPA and have an Expected Family Contribution (EFC) of less than $13,942.   Upon being awarded, student must register with Student Support Services through CSU-Pueblo’s Trio program.  The scholarship is renewable for one year as long as student continues to meet the award criteria. 
 




Construction Workforce Foundation of Colorado

The Construction Workforce Foundation of Colorado Scholarship requires that the student complete a separate application to the Construction Workforce Foundation of Colorado and remain in good standing with the organization.
 


CSU-Pueblo Alumni Association/GEICO Scholarship

This scholarship began due to a collaboration between CSU-Pueblo Alumni Association and GEICO insurance company. As an organization, GEICO decided to fund student scholarships through the Alumni Association, benefitting students who have alumni relatives.




CSU-Pueblo Alumni Scholarship

This scholarship is both merit-based and financial-need based. To be eligible for this scholarship, a student must be an undergrauate student only. Students must initially possess a 3.5 GPA when first admitted to CSU-Pueblo and maintain a 3.5 cumulative GPA to remain eligible to receive this scholarship.


CSU-Pueblo Graduate Education Scholarship - Biology

The CSU-Pueblo Graduate Scholarship requires recipients to be majoring in either Biology (BS/MS) 3+2 or Biology (MS).  The recipient may be enrolled in full-time or part-time graduate coursework.  Recipients must initially hold and maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA and remain in good standing within the Biology Program.

 


CSU-Pueblo Graduate Education Scholarship - Chemistry

The CSU-Pueblo Graduate Scholarship requires recipients to be majoring in either Biochemistry (BS/MS) 3+2,  Biochemistry (MS), Chemistry (BS/MS) 3+2, or Chemistry (MS).  The recipient may be enrolled in full-time or part-time graduate coursework.  Recipients must initially hold and maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA and remain in good standing within the Chemistry Program.

 


CSU-Pueblo Graduate Education Scholarship - Engineering

The CSU-Pueblo Graduate Scholarship requires recipients to be enrolled in either Engineering (MS) or Industrial & Systems Engineering (MS).  The recipient may be enrolled in full-time or part-time graduate coursework.  Recipients must initially hold and maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA and remain in good standing within the Engineering Program.
 


CSU-Pueblo Graduate Education Scholarship - English

The CSU-Pueblo Graduate Scholarship requires recipients to be majoring in either English.  The recipient may be enrolled in full-time or part-time graduate coursework.  Recipients must initially hold and maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA and remain in good standing within the English Program.

 


CSU-Pueblo Graduate Education Scholarship - HSB

The CSU-Pueblo Graduate Scholarship requires recipients to be enrolled in eitherJoint BS-CIS/MBA Program, Joint BSBA/MBA Program  or Master of Business Administration (MBA).  The recipient may be enrolled in full-time or part-time graduate coursework.  Recipients must initially hold and maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA and remain in good standing within the Hasan School of Business Program.
 


CSU-Pueblo Graduate Education Scholarship - Nursing

The CSU-Pueblo Graduate Scholarship requires recipients to be enrolled in the Nursing (MS) program.  The recipient may be enrolled in full-time or part-time graduate coursework.  Recipients must initially hold and maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA and remain in good standing within the Nursing Program.
 


CSU-Pueblo Graduate Education Scholarship - Social Work

The CSU-Pueblo Graduate Scholarship requires recipients to be enrolled in the Masters in Social Work program.  The recipient may be enrolled in full-time or part-time graduate coursework.  Recipients must initially hold and maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA and remain in good standing within the Social Work Program.
 


CSU-Pueblo Graduate Education Scholarship - Teacher Education

The CSU-Pueblo Graduate Scholarship requires recipients to be enrolled in the Master of Education (M.Ed.) program.  The recipient may be enrolled in full-time or part-time graduate coursework.  Recipients must initially hold and maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA and remain in good standing within the Teacher Education Program.
 


Cynthia S. Becker Memorial Scholarship

The Cynthia S. Becker Memorial Scholarship is merit-based only. The applicant must initially possess and maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.  To be eligible, the recipient may be enrolled either full-time or part-time and be either an undergraduate or a graduate student.  Qualified applicants can be any grade level and from anywhere inside of or outside of Colorado. 
 




Dammann Family Endowed Scholarship in Engineering

The Dammann Family Endowed Scholarship in Engineering requires that the recipient be of at least sophomore standing within the Engineering or Civil Engineering Departments. Awarded students must maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.5 and be a permanent resident of Colorado.




Daniels Fund Boundless Opportunity Award

The Daniels Fund Scholarship requires that the recipient be an adult learner, GED recipient, foster care youth, juvenile justice youth, and/or returning military. Students receiving this scholarship must display financial need and initially hold and maintain at least a 3.25 cumulative GPA.


Dave Lange Memorial Baseball Scholarship

The Dave Lange Memorial Baseball Schoarship will be awarded to student athletes who are participating in the CSU-Pueblo baseball program.  The scholarship is merit-based only.  The recipient must be in good standing both academically and within the athletic program.  As well, the student must not have any student conduct issues at the University.  Eligible students must be undergraduates who are enrolled full or part-time (preference will be given to students enrolled full-time).  Eligible students can be from anywhere inside or outside of Colorado; however, they must be permanent United States resident citizens.  This Scholarship is awarded to CSU-Pueblo Athletes as part of their athletic grant-in-aid package.  In most cases, this award will replace existing athletic aid on a dollar-for-dollar basis.


David B. Shaw Family Scholarship

The Robert Hoag Rawlings Foundation's David B. Shaw Family Scholarship will be awarded to members of either the men’s or women’s golf team at CSU-Pueblo. In order to be eligible for the scholarship, the applicant must be a permanent resident of one of the following counties:  Pueblo, Mineral, Chaffee, Saguache, Rio Grande, Conejos, Fremont, Custer, Alamosa, Costilla, Huerfano, Las Animas, Crowley, Otero, Kiowa, Bent, Prowers or Baca. The award is part of the athletic grant-in-aid package.  In most cases, the scholarship will replace existing athletic aid on a dollar-for-dollar basis.


Dennis & Corinne Koehler - Accounting

The Dennis & Corinne Koehler Scholarship requires that the recipient be a junior or senior majoring in Accounting or Mathematics, maintain at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA and have graduated from a southeastern Colorado high school.

 The Dennis & Corinne Koehler Scholarship requires that the recipient be  a junior or senior majoring in Accounting or Mathematics, maintain at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA and have graduated from a southeastern Colorado high school.




Department of Mathematics Goldsworth

The Math Goldsworth Scholarship requires that the recipient major in Mathematics and maintain at least a 3.5 GPA.




Doc Seilheimer Family Scholarship for Biology Academic/Athlete

The Doc Seilheimer Family Scholarship for Biology Academic/Athlete
is awaded to CSU-Pueblo Athletes as part of their athletic grant-in-aid package.  In most cases, this award will replace existing athletic aid on a dollar-for-dollar basis.


Dominick & Catherine Capozzola Memorial - Mechatronics

The Dominick & Catherine Capozzola Memorial Scholarship requires that the recipient be a full-time student majoring in Mechatronics and maintain an acceptable cumulative GPA.




Donald Dean Megenity Memorial Scholarship

The Donald Dean Megenity Memorial Scholarship requires the recipient to be a full time junior or senior majoring in Psychology. The Recipient must also maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA.




Dorothy Hoag Rawlings Scholarship

The Robert Hoag Rawlings Foundation's Dorothy Hoag Rawlings Scholarship requires that the recipient be a full-time junior or senior majoring in Mass Communications who is interested in print journalism.




Douglas Hartford Scholarship in Mass Communications

The Douglas Hartford Scholarship in Mass Communications requires the recipient to be a Mass Communication major with a preference for Broadcasting, Radio Production, or Public Relations emphases. Full or part-time students are eligible and must maintain a minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA and at least a 3.0 in mass communications courses.




Dr. Dan Caprioglio Undergraduate Research Scholarship

The Dr. Dan Caprioglio Undergraduate Research Scholarship is merit-based only. To be eligible for this scholarship, a student must be a full-time sophomore, junior or senior undergraduate student, studying and majoring in biology, chemistry, math or physics. The successful candidate must initially hold and maintain a 2.50 cumulative GPA. Recipients may be residing anywhere inside or outside of Colorado.


Dr. Maurice Howard Memorial Scholarship - Psychology

The Dr. Maurice L. Howard Memorial Scholarship requires the recipient to be a full-time junior or senior majoring in Psychology or minoring in Education. The recipient must maintain a 3.25 cumulative GPA. Dr. Maurice Howard, the donor's father, retired from USC's Psychology Department in 1978.


Dr. Maurice L. Howard Memorial - Education

The Dr. Maurice L. Howard Memorial Scholarship requires the recipient to be a full-time Junior or Senior majoring in Psychology or minoring in Education. The recipient must maintain a 3.25 cumulative GPA.


Dr. Sallie Watkins Scholarship

The Sallie Watkins Scholarship requires that the recipient be  enrolled as a full-time student majoring in Physics and maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA.


E.M. Christmas Scholarship

The E.M. Christmas Scholarship requires that the recipient be graduates from a Pueblo County high school, enrolled as a full-time student with at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA, and demonstrate financial need.


Earl and Helen Mortenson Scholarship - Nursing

The Earl and Helen Mortenson Scholarship requires recipients to display both merit and financial need. To be eligible for this scholarship, a student must be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student, studying and majoring in biology, natural sciences applied natural science or enrolled as a graduate nursing student; and initially hold and maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA. Earl and Helen Mortenson Scholarship (Biology)

The Earl and Helen Mortenson Scholarship requires recipients to display both merit and financial need. To be eligible for this scholarship, a student must be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student, studying and majoring in biology, natural sciences, applied natural science or enrolled as a graduate nursing student; and initially hold and maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA. Recipients must be a U.S. citizen, permanently residing in southern Colorado




Eden-East Nursing Scholarship

The Eden-East scholarship is awarded to undergraduate students who are pursuing a nursing degree. The scholarship is both merit and need-based.  Eligible students must be in good academic standing within the University and the College of Nursing and must be a junior or senior student who is fully-admitted into the nursing program. Applicants can reside anywhere inside of or outside of Colorado and must initially possess and maintain a 3.5 or higher GPA.  It is preferred that the student remain full-time; however, individual situations will be considered.


Edgar & Frances Johnson

The Edgar F. & Frances D. Johnson Academic Scholarship requires that the recipient maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA and demonstrate significant academic improvement or scholarship.


Edward Ficker Scholarship

The recipient of the Edward Ficker Scholarship must be a full-time U.S. citizen with at least a 2.5 cumularative GPA and demonstrate financial need.


El Pomar President's Leadership Program Scholarship

The El Pomar Scholarship for PLP requires that you remain in good standing with the President's Leadership Program.


Engineering Scholarship Fund

Recipients of the Engineering Scholarship must be an engineering major and have a 2.5 or above GPA upon application and must maintain a 3.0 GPA to retain for spring.


Ernest F. & Mary H. Steinhardt

The Ernest F. and Mary H. Steinhardt Scholarship requires that the recipient be enrolled as a full-time student majoring in a Health Science field in pursuit of medical school, maintain a 3.5 cumulative GPA, and demonstrate financial need.


Evelyn Weir Scholarship

The Evelyn Weir Scholarship requires that the recipient be a Mass Communication major with preference to someone "who really needs help, is dedicated, and cares about their career".




First Presbyterian Church Scholarship

The First Presbyterian Church Scholarship is for a junior or senior nursing or education major who maintains at least a 2.5 GPA and carries 9 credit hours per semester or more. Demonstration of financial need required. Under-represented students are given preference.


Frank Helwig Memorial Scholarship

The Frank J. Helwig Memorial Scholarship requires that the recipient maintain a 2.5 GPA, demonstrate financial need, and be a Junior or Senior Engineering major. Recipient must be a US Citizen.




Frank I. Lamb Foundation Scholarship

The Frank I. Lamb Foundation Scholarship requires that the recipient be a graduate from a Pueblo County high school, enrolled as a full-time student with at least a  3.0 cumulative GPA, and demonstrate potential civic promise.


Frank J. Boitz, Ann H. Boitz, and Ileen A. Boitz Memorial Scholarship

The Frank J. Boitz, Ann H. Boitz, and Ileen A. Boitz Memorial Scholarship requires that the recipient demonstrate a financial need and remain in good standing with the University.


Frank S. Hoag Jr. Scholarship

The Robert Hoag Rawlings Foundation's Frank S. Hoag Jr. Scholarship requires that the recipient be a full-time junior or senior majoring in Mass Communications; preference is given to a student in print journalism.




Freda T. Roof Memorial Scholarship

The Freda T. Roof Memorial  Scholarship requires that the recipient display great character and maintain at least a 3.0 GPA at CSU-Pueblo.


Gardner Champlin Scholarship

The Gardner Champlin Scholarship is awarded an undergraduate student who is accepted into the President's Leadership Program. The scholarship will continue as long as the student remains in good academic and program standing.


Geraldine J. Abbott Memorial Scholarship

The Geraldine J. Abbott Memorial Scholarship is both merit-based and financial-need based. Students receiving this scholarship will have some form of financial need but will also be required to initially possess and maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5. To be eligible for this scholarship, a student must be an undergraduate student enrolled full or part-time at CSU-Pueblo.
Biology students entering their junior or senior year are eligible to receive this scholarship. To receive this scholarship, a student must have successfully completed at least on year at CSU-Pueblo. Eligible recipients may reside anywhere inside or outside of the State of Colorado.


Greg and Cathy Hahn Scholarship

The Greg and Cathy Hahn scholarship will be awarded to graduate or 3+2 students who are pursuing a Masters of Business Administration. The scholarship is both merit and need-based.  Eligible students must be in good academic standing within the University and the Hasan School of Business.  Eligible applicants can reside anywhere inside of or outside of Colorado and can be enrolled either full-time or part-time.  Preference will be given to first generation college students.  The successful applicant must initially possess a 3.0 GPA; and must maintain a 3.0 GPA to remain eligible.


Greg Biondi Teacher Education Scholarship

The Greg Biondi Teacher Education Scholarship requires the recipient to be enrolled as a full-time student with a major in Teacher Education. The student must maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA and can be either an undergraduate or a graduate student, permanently residing anywhere in Colorado. 




Greg Synder Memorial Scholarship

The Greg Snyder Memorial Scholarship requires that the recipient be a sophomore, junior or senior majoring in Civil Engineering Technology and maintain a 2.5 cumulative GPA. This must be the recipients first Bachelors degree. The preference for this scholarship will go to married students and those in financial need.


H. W. Houston Construction Scholarship

The H. W. Houston Construction Scholarship will be awarded to students majoring in construction management. The scholarship is merit-based only and is only available to full-time undergraduate students. The successful applicant must initially possess a 3.0 GPA; and must maintain a 3.0 GPA to remain eligible.  Eligible applicants can reside anywhere inside of or outside of Colorado and can be any undergraduate (freshman through senior) grade level. 




Harold & Ruth Robinson Foundation Scholarship for PLP

The Harold & Ruth Robinson Foundation Scholarship for PLP requires that the recipient be an undergraduate student, enrolled in full-time coursework, and within good standing in the President's Leadership Program. Qualified applicants must be actively involved within PLP.


Harry H. and Mary Elizabeth "Bodie" Simmons Memorial Scholarship

The Harry H. and Mary Elizabeth "Bodie" Simmons Memorial Basketball Scholarship is merit-based only and the student-athlete recipient must be full-time and must meet all NCAA eligibility requirements.  The student-athlete must be a representative of the men's or women's basketball time.  Preference will be given to student-athletes who are pursuing a degree in the field of athletic administration.  The,award is part of recipient's athletic grant-in-aid package.  In most cases, this award will replace existing athletic aid on a dollar-for-dollar basis.


Harry S. Petersen Memorial Scholarship

The Harry S. Petersen Memorial Scholarship requires that the recipient maintain a 3.0 GPA, be enrolled full-time with a major in political science or pre-law, and be a resident of Pueblo County.




Helen M. McLoraine Scholarship

The Helen M. McLoraine Scholarship requires that you maintain at least 2.0 GPA and remain in good standing with the University.




Hirsch-Pueblo Centennial High

The Hirsch-Pueblo Centennial High School Scholarship requires the recipient to be an entering freshman, who graduated from Pueblo Centennial High School and demonstrates financial need.


Hirsch-Pueblo Central High

The Hirsch-Pueblo Central High School Scholarship requires the recipient to be an entering freshman, who graduated from Pueblo Central High School and demonstrates financial need.


Home of Heroes SVA Scholarship

The Home of Heroes SVA Scholarship will be awarded to military veteran students and students who are immediate family members of military veterans.  The scholarship is both merit-based and need-based.  The recipient can be enrolled either full-time or part-time and can be either an undergraduate or a graduate student.  The successful candidate must initially hold and maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA and can permanently reside anywhere inside of or outside of Colorado.


Homer Bisel Scholarship

The Homer Bisel Scholarship requires the recipient to be a graduate from a Pueblo High school, maintain a 2.5 GPA, have an outstanding record on a debate team or be enrolled as a full-time student majoring in Art.


Horace, Ruth & Kathryn Pardun Memorial

The Horace, Ruth & Kathryn Pardun Memorial Scholarship requires that the recipient be a sophomore, junior, or senior Spanish major from southern Colorado who maintains at least a 2.5 GPA. The recipient must demonstrate the same hard work and dedication exhibited by the donors.


J. Tour Memorial Scholarship

The J. Tour Memorial Scholarship requires recipients to initially hold and maintain a 3.0 GPA and be in good standing within the CSU-Pueblo Nursing Department




Jackson-Hilton Scholarship in Memory of Robert "Bob" Jackson

To be eligible for this scholarship, a student must be an undergraduate student within the Automotive Industry Management department. Eligible recipients must initially hold and maintain a GPA of 3.2 and be residents of Pueblo County.


James J. Vigil Memorial Nursing Scholarship

Students receiving the James J. Vigil Memorial Nursing Scholarship will have some form of financial need but will also be required to maintain a minimum grade point average. Qualifying students must initially possess and maintain a cumulative 3.0 GPA.  To be eligible to receive this scholarship, the student must be a junior, senior or graduate student who is admitted and completing coursework in the nursing program at CSU-Pueblo.  The student can be enrolled in full-time or part-time undergraduate or graduate coursework. The successful applicant must derive from southern Colorado (qualifying counties include Baca, Bent, Crowley, Huerfano, Kiowa, Las Animas, Otero, Prowers, Pueblo, Conejos, Costilla Custer, Fremont, Rio Grande Saguache).




James M. Williamson Memorial Scholarship

The James M. Williamson Memorial Scholarship requires that the recipient be a full-time or part-time sophomore, junior, or senior, majoring in sociology who maintains at least a 3.2 GPA. The recipient must be a Colorado resident, working on their first undergraduate degree and have some form of financial need.


James R. Wood Memorial

The James R. Wood Memorial Scholarship is for a full-time student who must have been accepted into the Nursing program at CSU-Pueblo. Degree-plus or undergraduates will be considered. Must be a resident of southeastern Colorado, and must maintain at least a 2.5 GPA. Consideration will be given to financial need and commitment to serving in southeastern Colorado.




Jane C. Cotner Scholarship

The Jane C. Cotner Scholarship requires that you are an outstanding student at CSU-Pueblo, as demonstrated by having at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA to qualify.


Jay H. Linam Scholarship

The Jay H. Linam Scholarship requires the recipient to be enrolled as a full-time Junior or Senior majoring in Biology.   Recipient must maintain at least a 2.8 GPA.




Jeannette L. Frantz McPheeters Nursing Scholarship

The Jeannette L. Frantz McPheeters Nursing Scholarship is both merit and financial-need based.  To be eligible for this scholarship, a student must be a full-time junior or senior undergraduate student, studying and majoring in nursing. The successful candidate must initially hold and maintain a 3.50 cumulative GPA. Recipients may be residing anywhere inside or outside of Colorado.


Jennie and Albert Gersick Foundation Scholarship

The Jennie and Albert Gersick Foundation Scholarship is both merit and financial need-based. Students receiving this scholarship will have some form of financial need but will be required to initially possess and maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.4. Eligible recipients must be an entering freshman from Pueblo County, continuing Gersick Scholarship student, or a returning military member. Eligible applicants must be admitted and in good-standing with CSU-Pueblo. Students receiving this scholarship must be full-time undergraduate students. The recipient of this scholarship must be a student pursuing a career in the fields of nursing, business (accounting, business management, marketing, economics/finance, and/or business management with IT emphasis), science (biology and/or chemistry), and/or engineering (civil engineering, engineering, and/or industrial engineering).




John A. Gornick, Sr. Scholarship

The John A. Gornick, Sr. Scholarship requires the recipient be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student who maintains at least a 3.0 GPA, a Colorado resident, and must write a short essay on Slavic heritage.


John B. Seelig Scholarship

The John B. Seelig Scholarship requires the recipient be enrolled as a full-time student. The recipient must be a resident of Pueblo County, maintain at least a 2.0 GPA and demonstrate financial need.


John H. & Nellie M. Ballas Scholarship

The John H. & Nellie M. Ballas Scholarship requires that the recipient be a Music major who is a full-time student and in good-standing with the music department.
 


John L. (Brick) & Hester O'Donnell Memorial Scholarship

The John L. (Brick) & Hester E. O'Donnell Memorial Scholarship requires that the recipient be enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a bachelor’s or master's degree. Recipient must be a resident of Colorado and maintain a 3.0 GPA and must demonstrate financial need.


John M. and Jean C. Fraser Engineering Scholarship

The John M. and Jean C. Fraser Engineering Scholarship requires that the recipient be an undergraduate student majoring in Engineering. The recipient must maintain a 2.0 GPA.


John Panion Memorial Baseball Scholarship

The John Panion Memorial Baseball Scholarship will be awarded to a freshman student athlete who is participating in the CSU-Pueblo baseball program.  The scholarship is merit-based only, and the recipient must initially possess and maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA.  Eligible students must be undergraduates who are enrolled full-time. Only Pueblo County residents are eligible.  It is preferred (but not required) that the scholarship go to a student majoring in teacher education. The scholarship is awarded to CSU-Pueblo Athletes as part of their athletic grant-in-aid package.  In most cases, this award will replace existing athletic aid on a dollar-for-dollar basis.


Josephine Deleon Scholarship Endowment

The Josephine DeLeon Scholarship requires that the recipient be enrolled as a full-time, non-traditional student from southern Colorado. The recipient must maintain a 3.0 GPA, demonstrate academic dedication, and be pursuing either a Bachelor's or Master's degree,


Juliaetta Chostner Memorial Scholarship

The Juliaetta Chostner Memorial Scholarship requires the recipient be a Math major. The recipient must maintain at least a 3.0 GPA and be a Colorado resident. Applicants who already have a degree will not be considered.




Kane Family Foundation Scholarship (Incoming Freshmen Finalists

The primary purpose of the Kane Family Foundation scholarship program is to provide scholarships for eligible students in Pueblo County that will cover the cost of in-state tuition, course fees, student fees and book expenses required for a student's pursuit of a bachelor's degree. To be eligible to receive the Kane Family Foundation Scholarship students must be accepted for admission to CSU-Pueblo, completed the formal application to include a written essay, held a high school GPA of 3.5 for the initial selection, and a 3.0 there after; demonstration of high motivation and potential for academic success, and participation in a two-part interview.




Kane Family Foundation Scholarship (Incoming Freshmen)

Kathy McHugh Single Parent Scholarship

The Kathy McHugh Single Parent Scholarship requires that you are a full-time student, maintain at least a 2.5 GPA, demonstrate financial need, and are a single parent.


Ken & Gala White Family Scholarship

The selected student must be enrolled full-time, pursuing a bachelors degree and possess and maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0. Qualifying recipients must be of at lease sophomore standing and major in education, accounting, business management, marketing, economics/finance, and/or computer information systems. Students must also permanently reside in southeastern Colorado.


Kim Baukus Fitzgibbon Scholarship in Honor of Dr. James Derr

Each year the mathematics department shall select a full time student majoring in mathematics with at least 60 accumulated credit hours and a minimum GPA of 3.5 to receive the award based on GPA with consideration given to factors that might impact grades such as the difficulty of classes takenm, working, or raising children while attending college.




KOAA-TV Scholarship

The KOAA-TV Scholarship requires that the recipient be a  junior or senior majoring in Mass Communications with an emphasis in Broadcasting or a comparable emphasis. The student must maintain a 3.0 GPA, remain in good standing with the Mass Communications Department.  Perference will be given to students aspiring a career imn television production.


Larry Daxton Memorial Scholarship

The Larry Daxton Memorial Scholarship requires that the recipient of the scholarship be a junior or senior history major. The recipient must initially hold and maintain a 3.25 GPA to be eligible to receive this scholarship.




Larry Thomas Memorial Pre-Vet

The Larry Thomas Memorial Scholarship recipient must be a biology major with a pre-vet emphasis. The recipient must initially hold and maintain at least a 3.5 GPA.


Legacy Bank Scholarship for PLP

The Legacy Bank Scholarship for PLP requires that the recipient be an undergraduate student, enrolled in full-time coursework, and within good standing in the President's Leadership Program. Qualified applicants must be actively involved within PLP.


Leone Lindsey Memorial

The Leone Lindsey Memorial Scholarship requires that the recipient be blind or have a physical disability. The recipient must be in good standing with the University.




Lesley Di Mare & David Walter Scholarship

Students receiving the Lesley Di Mare & David Walter Scholarship will have some form of financial need but will also be required to maintain a minimum grade point average. Qualifying students must initially possess a cumulative 3.0 GPA and will need to maintain a 3.5 GPA to keep the scholarship.    The successful applicant must be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student and can be any grade level (freshman through senior).  Recipients must permanently reside in Pueblo County and must major in nursing, teacher education, mass communications, music, math, or business management with an information technology emphasis.
 




LeVert Hoag Tennis

The Robert Hoag Rawlings Foundation's LeVert W. Hoag Tennis Scholarship requires that the recipient be a member of the CSU-Pueblo Men's or Women's Tennis team and be in good standing with the NCAA.   This scholarship is awarded as part of the student athlete's athletic grant-in-aid package.  In most cases, this award will replace existing athletic aid on a dollar-for-dollar basis.


Lillian Quine Wasser Scholarship

The Lillian Quine Wasser Scholarship requires that the recipient be a Junior or Senior majoring in Art or Business and maintain a 3.0 GPA.




Lindsey Education - Engineering

Recipients of the Lindsey Education - Engineering Scholarship must be a full-time undergraduate (12 cr) or graduate (9 cr) student pursuing a bachelor or master's degree in Engineering Technology. The student must have completed a minimum of 30 credit hours at CSU-Pueblo prior to applying for this award as an undergraduate, or have received a baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution if applying as a graduate student. Have a 3.4 GPA upon application and must maintain a 3.0 GPA to retain for spring.


Lindsey Education - Science

The Lindsey Education Scholarship requires the recipient be a full-time junior, senior or graduate majoring in Science or Technology. The student must maintain a 3.0GPA and demonstrate financial need.


Lobato Family Scholarship Fund

The purpose of the Lobato Family Scholarship Fund is to provide scholarship assistance to deserving students from southeastern Colorado. 

Students receiving this scholarship will have some form of financial need but will also be required to maintain a minimum grade point average. Qualifying students must initially possess a 3.5 cumulative GPA and maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA to maintain the scholarship. To be eligible to receive this scholarship, the student must be enrolled in full-time or part-time undergraduate coursework at CSU-Pueblo. Qualifying students must derive from southwestern Colorado (qualifying counties include Alamosa, Archuleta, Chaffee, Conejos, Custer, Delta, Dolores, Fremont, Gunnison, Hinsdale, La Plata, Mineral, Montezuma, Montrose, Ouray, Rio Grande, Saguache, San Juan, and San Miguel). Eligible applicants must also display and commit 80+ hours of community service per year. 
 


Loisann Silver-Chacon Memorial Scholarship

Eligible recipients must be an Upward Bound student who graduated from a Pueblo County high school. To be eligible to receive this scholarship, the recipient must be enrolled in full-time undergraduate coursework, and initially possess and maintain at least a 3.5 GPA. 


Marc A. Perse Memorial Scholarship

The Marc A. Perse Memorial Scholarship requires that the recipient be a full-time sophomore, junior, or senior, majoring in Criminology or Emergency Services who maintains at least a 3.0 GPA. The recipient must be a Colorado resident and working on their first undergraduate degree.


Marcella Van Dyke Memorial Nursing Scholarship

The Marcella Van Dyke Memorial Nursing Scholarship requires that the recipient graduate student in Nursing and have graduated from a Colorado high school. The recipient must maintain a 2.5 cumulative GPA.




Marcelle E. Koomjohn Education Scholarship

The Marcelle E. Koomjohn Education Scholarship requires that the recipient be a junior enrolled in the Teacher Education Program who maintains at least a 3.25 GPA. The student must demonstrate commitment to academic success and teaching elementary education in Pueblo.


Marion Kershaw Scholarship

The Marion Kershaw Scholarship requires that you maintain at least 2.5 GPA and remain in good standing with the University.




Martha G. Petrov Scholarship

The purpose of the Martha G. Petrov Scholarship is to assist worthy and needy students that have been accepted and are currently enrolled at CSU-Pueblo.  Recipients must be enrolled at CSU-Pueblo and must demonstrate financial need or academic excellence.


Mary (Sandy) Graham Rawlings Scholarship

The Robert Hoag Rawlings Foundation's Mary (Sandy) Graham Rawlings Scholarship requires that the recipient be an undergraduate student, enrolled in full-time coursework, and within good standing in the President's Leadership Program.  Qualified applicants must be actively involved within PLP and permanently reside within the Pueblo Chieftain distribution area.


Mary E. Lutin Scholarship

The Mary E. Lutin Scholarship requires the recipient to be a resident of Pueblo County and have graduated from a Pueblo high school. The recipient must maintain a 3.0 GPA. This scholarship may be renewable, pending available funding.


Mass Communications/Center for New Media Scholarship

The Mass Communications/Center for New Media Scholarship will requires that the recipient be a Mass Communications major and that the recipient maintain at least a 2.5 GPA.


McPherson, Goodrich, Paolucci & Mihelich, PC Accounting Scholarship

The McPherson, Goodrich Paolucci & Mihelich, PC Scholarship requires that the recipient be enrolled as a full-time student majoring in Accounting. The recipient must maintain a 3.25 GPA.


Mildred Hoag Evans Scholarship

The Robert Hoag Rawlings Foundation's Mildred Hoag Evans Scholarship prefers the recipient be enrolled as a full-time entering freshman or transfer student. Current recipients may be eligible for renewal, pending funding and successful re-audition. The recipient must be a Music major with an emphasis in piano and maintain an acceptable GPA.


Nancy L. Lambrecht Memorial Education Scholarship

The Nancy L. Lambrecht Memorial Education Scholarship requires the recipient to be a talented student majoring in education, who has graduated from any high school within Pueblo City Schools (Pueblo District #60).  To receive consideration, the student must be entering their junior or senior year in college and have maintained a 3.0 cumulative GPA. The scholarship may be renewed for a total of up to four semesters, provided recipients maintain their education major and a 3.0 cumulative GPA.




Odie Carruth Memorial Scholarship

The Odie W. Carruth Memorial Scholarship requires the recipient be enrolled as a full-time student with a major in Business. The student must also maintain a 3.0 GPA and demonstrate a financial need.


Oechsle Family Foundation Scholarship

The Oechsle Family Scholarship requires that the recipient be enrolled as a full-time entering Freshman. The student must also demonstrate a financial need, and meet all the requirements of the President's Leadership Program.




Osnowitz Family Memorial Scholarship

The Osnowitz Family Memorial Scholarship requires that the recipient be a full-time Senior majoring in Mass Communications. This student must demonstrate qualities of leadership, aggressiveness, and responsibility. The recipient must also possess outstanding writing skills.




Outstanding Veteran Award

The Outstanding Veteran Award will be awarded to military veteran students. The scholarship is available to graduating seniors and is merit-based only.  The recipient can be enrolled either full-time or part-time and can be either an undergraduate or a graduate student.  The successful candidate must initially hold and maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA and can permanently reside anywhere inside of or outside of Colorado.


Patricia Milich Memorial Nursing

The Patricia Milich Memorial Nursing Scholarship requires the recipient to be a nursing major in his/her junior or senior year, having completed all prerequisite courses. The recipient must be an employee of the Colorado Mental Health Institute at Pueblo.
 




Peter Kornafel, Sr. Scholarship

The Peter Kornafel, Sr. Scholarship requires that the recipient enroll as a full-time Automotive Industry Management major, have and maintain at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA, and be a resident of Colorado.




Physics Department - LaMotte Scholarship

The Physics Department LaMotte Scholarshp receipient must have a 3.0 GPA or be an entering freshman with at least one course of physics and a 3.0 in the course. Must be a US Citizen seeking a bachelor's degree or be a degree plus student majoring in Physics.
 


Psychology Scholarship Fund

The Psychology Scholarship Fund requires the recipient to be a full time student majoring in Psychology. The Recipient must also maintain a 2.5 cumulative GPA.




Pueblo Bank & Trust Art Scholarship

The Pueblo Bank & Trust Art Scholarship requires that the recipient be enrolled as a full-time junior or senior Art major. The student must be from Pueblo County and demonstrate financial need. The recipient must maintain a 3.0 GPA.


Pueblo Bank & Trust Business Scholarship

The Pueblo Bank & Trust Business Scholarship requires that the recipient display financial need, be enrolled in full-time undergraduate course work, and initially possess and maintain at least a 3.0 GPA. Qualified applicants must a resident of Colorado, major in any area under the Hasan School of Business, and be of junior or senior standing.


Pueblo General Contractors Association Scholarship

The Pueblo General Contractors Association Scholarship will be awarded to students majoring in construction management. The scholarship is merit-based only and is only available to full-time undergraduate , degree-plus and graduate students. The successful applicant must initially possess a 2.5 GPA; and must maintain a 2.5 GPA to remain eligible.  Eligible applicants can reside anywhere inside of or outside of Colorado and can be any undergraduate (freshman through senior) grade level.  Applicants must complete an essay stating why they are planning a career in contruction (500) words minimum) and attend one PGCA regular meeting.




Pueblo Kiwanis Club Foundation Scholarship

The Pueblo Kiwanis Club Foundation Scholarship is awarded to individuals who have graduated from a Pueblo County high school. Recipients must have been an active Key Club member during their senior year of high school. This scholarship requires recipients to maintain a 3.0 GPA.




R.M. Watts Foundation Construction Management Scholarship

The recipients of the R.M. Watts Foundation Construction Management Scholarship must be a Colorado resident, majoring in Construction Management at CSU-Pueblo. Incoming freshman or transfer students must hold at least a 3.0 GPA to initially receive this scholarship. If a student is a continuing student of CSU-Pueblo, the student must hold a 2.5 GPA or better to be eligible. Recipients must maintain a 2.5 cumulative GPA or better to continue to receive this scholarship. This scholarship is need and merit-based. Students and must also possess financial need as determined by CSU-Pueblo.


Ralph A. & Jennie Mae Heilman Scholarship

The Ralph A. & Jennie Mae Heilman Scholarship will be for the benefit of German or Italian students.  The recipient must be an education major and must have completed their freshman year.  The recipient must be full-time and maintain at least a 3.0 GPA.


Ralph A. Williams Offensive Lineman Football Scholarship

Ralph A. Williams Offensive Lineman Football Scholarship  is athletic-based only. To be eligible for this scholarship, a student must be a member of the CSU-Pueblo Football team who holds a position of  offensive lineman.
 


Ralph G. Dille Scholarship

The Ralph G. Dille Scholarship requires that the recipient be a junior, senior or degree-plus majoring in English. The recipient must maintain a 3.0 GPA.




Ralph H. Simmons Scholarship

The Ralph H. Simmons Scholarship requires that the recipient be majoring in Automotive Industry Management. The recipient must be in good standing with the AIM Department and also demonstrate financial need.




Ramona Garcia Education Scholarship

The Ramona Garcia Education Scholarship is both merit-based and financial-need based.  Full-time or part-time, undergraduate or graduate students within the Teacher Education department are eligible to receive this award.  Qualifying students must have previously earned at least 90 credit hours and initially hold and maintain a 3.0 GPA and be within good standing in the Teacher Education Department.  Eligible students must be a permanent resident of the state of Colorado.


Reisher Ready Scholarship

The Reisher scholarship requires eligible applicants to be Colorado residents at time of application.  To be eligible the applicant must  be a current CSU-Pueblo first-year student who will be a sophomore with 24 to 45 completed credits by fall semester and enrolled full-time with an expected graduation within three years.  Applicants must have and maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher and must demonstrate unmet financial need of at least $4,000, as determined by the FAFSA.




Reisher Scholarship - Rising Sophomore

The Reisher scholarship requires eligible applicants to be Colorado residents at time of application.  To be eligible the applicant must  be a current CSU-Pueblo first-year student who will be a sophomore with 24 to 45 completed credits by fall semester and enrolled full-time with an expected graduation within three years.  Applicants must have and maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher and must demonstrate unmet financial need of at least $4,000, as determined by the FAFSA.




Reisher Scholarship - Transfer Students

The Reisher scholarship requires eligible applicants to be Colorado residents at time of application.  To be eligible the applicant must  be a current CSU-Pueblo first-year student who will be a sophomore with 24 to 45 completed credits by fall semester and enrolled full-time with an expected graduation within three years.  Applicants must have and maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher and must demonstrate unmet financial need of at least $4,000, as determined by the FAFSA.


Richard Leach Challenge Scholarship

The Richard Leach Challenge Scholarship requires the recipient is an education major and may be a freshman through senior or graduate student. The recipient must maintain at least a 3.0 GPA, demonstrate some financial need, show involvement in civic organizations, and be enrolled in a minimum of six credit hours.


Richard T. Opitz Memorial Scholarship

The Richard T. Opitz Memorial Scholarship requires that the recipient be a junior, senior, or degree-plus Education major who is a Colorado resident. The student must maintain a 3.0 GPA.




Rick Pobst Memorial Golf

The Rick Pobst Memorial Golf Scholarship requires that the recipient be a member of the CSU-Pueblo Men's or Women's Golf team and be in good standing with the NCAA.   This scholarship is awarded as part of the student athlete's athletic grant-in-aid package.  In most cases, this award will replace existing athletic aid on a dollar-for-dollar basis.


Robert Hoag Rawlings Foundation Football Scholarship

The Robert Hoag Rawlings Foundation's Football Scholarship requires that the recipient be a member of the CSU-Pueblo Football team and be in good standing with the NCAA.   This scholarship is awarded as part of the student athlete's athletic grant-in-aid package.  In most cases, this award will replace existing athletic aid on a dollar-for-dollar basis.


Robert K. Spratlen Scholarship

The Robert K. Spratlen Scholarship requires recipients to be entering freshman with a preference given to in-state students. Recipients must maintain a cumulative GPA that keeps him/her as a student in good standing.


Robert L. Strader Teachers Scholarship

Students receiving this scholarship will have some form of financial need but will also be required to initially possess and maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2. Students must also be fully admitted into the Teacher Education Program at CSU-Pueblo. Full-time enrolled  students are preferred but part-time students may be considered.
 


Robert R. & Mabel L. Davis Scholarship

The Robert R. & Mabel L. Davis Scholarship requires that the recipient be a Business major who is a full-time student. The student must maintain a 3.0 GPA and have completed the required pre-business courses with a 3.0 GPA.




Rocky Mountain Goats Foundation Scholarship

The Rocky Mountain Goats Scholarship is a research scholarship. Arrangements must be made with the Rocky Mountain Goat Foundation and a research schedule must be made with a designated representative. Funds will be disbursed upon continued progress and/or completion of research.


Ron Darby Scholarship Fund

The Ron Darby Scholarship Fund is for an Automotive Industry Management student (major or minor) who has and maintains at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA.




Rose Eisen Single Parent

The Rose Eisen Single Parent Scholarship requires that the recipient be a single parent in need of financial assistance. The recipient must be in good academic standing with CSU-Pueblo.


Rotary #43 Leadership Scholarship

This annually funded scholarship is awarded to selected students who are in good-standing with the PLP at CSU-Pueblo, maintain at least a 3.0 GPA, and graduated from a Pueblo County high school with at least a 3.2 GPA. This scholarship is open to all class-levels. The number of recipients will be determined annually based on funding.


Sally McGill-Eagan Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship is both merit-based and financial-need based. To be eligible for this scholarship the recipient must be enrolled full-time, enrolled as an undergraduate Mass Communications student and maintain a 3.0 GPA. Students must be of junior or senior standing and pursue a Public Relations emphasis within the Mass Communications Department.


Sandy & Marv Stein Scholarship

The Sandyu & Mary Stein Scholarship is merit-based only. Students receiving the scholarship will be required to initially possess and maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. To be eligible for this scholarship, a student must be a sophomore undergraduate student enrolled full-time and must have successfully completed at least one year at CSU-Pueblo. Eligible recipients may reside anywhere inside of outside of Colorado.
 




sandyLeslie Danielle Cacy Memorial Scholarship

The Leslie Danielle Cacy Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to students majoring in psychology, sociology, social work or pre-veterinarian medicine. The scholarship is both merit-based and need-based and is only available to full-time undergraduate students. The successful applicant must initially possess a 2.5 GPA; and must maintain a 2.5 GPA to remain eligible.  Eligible applicants must reside in Pueblo, Fremont or El Paso County and can be any undergraduate (freshman through senior) grade level.  In addition, students must also be working at least 25 hours per week while attending CSU-Pueblo, and must volunteer/have volunteered at an animal shelter, elderly home or veterinary hospital




Simpson Family Scholarship

Students receiving the Simpson Family Scholarship must be a dependent of a current or retired military service man/woman (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corp, or U. S. Coast Guard).  The scholarship is merit-based only and is available to full-time undergraduate students. Qualifying students must initially possess and maintain a cumulative 3.0 GPA.  Applicants can be any grade level (freshman through senior) and can derive from anywhere in Colorado.
 


Social Work Scholarship Fund

The Social Work Scholarship Fund requires the recipient to be a full time student majoring in Social Work The Recipient must also maintain a 2.5 cumulative GPA.




Sofia Gurule Scholarship

The Sofia Gurule Trust Scholarship requires that the recipient be a full-time sophomore, junior, or senior in either the Hasan School of Business or CEEPS who maintains at least a 3.0 GPA. The recipient must also have graduated from Pueblo Central High School.


Southern Colorado Press Club

The Southern Colorado Press Club Scholarship requires that the recipient be a Mass Communications major and that the recipient maintain a 3.0 GPA.  Please note:  As a requirement of ther scholarship, you must attend the annual Press Club awards banquet on Thursday, April 4, 2019.  (The banquet is free of charge to scholarship recipients.)




Stephanie Eve Scholarship

The Stephanie Eve Scholarship requires that the recipient be a family member of a CSU-Pueblo janitorial staff employee.




Sterling P. and Blanch Crouch Scholarship

The Sterling P. and Blanch Crouch Scholarship requires recipients to be Colorado Residents and display academic success.


Stewart-Warner-E.N. Robinson Automotive Scholarship

The Stewart-Warner Corporation-E.N. Robinson Automotive Scholarship requires that the recipient be majoring in Automotive Industry Management.


SunWest Credit Union Business Scholarship

The SunWest Educational Association Scholarship is to assist students enrolled in classes within the Hasan School of Business.


Ted R. McEwen Memorial Scholarship

The Ted R. Mc Ewen Memorial Scholarship requires the recipient be a Chemistry major in good standing with the Chemistry Department.




Terrie & Bob Shirley Scholarship

The Terrie and Bob Shirley Scholarship requires that the recipient be enrolled as a full-time student, maintain at least a 3.2 GPA, and demonstrate some financial need.


The Joe Folda Scholarship

The Joe Folda Scholarship is merit-based only. To be eligible, the recipient must initially possess and maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. The applicant must be a junior or senior, full-time undergraduate student in order to qualify. The recipient of this scholarship must be a student-athlete actively participating and a top competitor in one of CSU-Pueblo’s NCAA, Division II sports.  This Scholarship is awarded to CSU-Pueblo Athletes as part of their athletic grant-in-aid package.  In most cases, this award will replace existing athletic aid on a dollar-for-dollar basis.


The Lucky Atkinson Memorial Scholarship Endowment

The Lucky Atkinson Memorial Scholarship Endowment is merit-based only. To be eligible, the recipient must initially possess and maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. The applicant must be a junior or senior, full-time undergraduate student in order to qualify..  The recipient of this scholarship must be a student pursuing a career in the teacher education program, (specifically liberal studies) and must be planning to teach elementary education upon graduation.
 


Undocumented Student Scholarship

The Undocumented Student Scholarship requires the recipient to have an undocumented student status with a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA.  The recipient must have completed a minimum of 40 credit hours and must be enrolled in a minimum of six credit hours for the semester of the award.  Students with Involvement in community service or university student organizations that serve underrepresented groups will be given priority.




USBank Scholarship

The USBank Scholarship  requires that youi maintain at least a 2.0 GPA and remain in good standing with the University.


Virginia E. Ullmann Academic Scholarship

The Virginia E. Ullmann Academic Scholarship requires the recipient to be enrolled as a full-time student majoring in Mass Communications. The student must maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA and have graduated high school with at least a 3.0 GPA. The student must demonstrate a significant academic improvement or scholarship.




Wells Fargo Scholars Program

The Wells Fargo Scholarship requires that the recipient be enrolled as a full-time entering Freshman with a 2.7 GPA and an ACT score of 20 or above, a Colorado resident, demonstrate financial need, and have completed an essay about the desire to be a Wells Fargo Scholar. The student must be majoring in Busines Administration.


Wells Fargo Scholarship Fund for PLP

The Wells Fargo Scholarship for PLP requires that the recipient be in good-standing with the PLP at CSU-Pueblo, go "above and beyond" in service and requirements and demonstrate financial need.


Wilbur Richardson Scholarship Fund

The Wilbur Richardson scholarship will be awarded to a full-time undergraduate student majoring in computer information systems or cyber security.  The selected student must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 to receive and maintain the award, and can derive from anywhere inside or outside of Colorado.

 




William Joxen & Eleanor Hill

The Willam P. Joxen and Eleanor M. Hill Scholarship requires that the recipient be a full-time entering freshman majoring in Business. The student must maintain a 3.0 GPA, demonstrate financial need, and be a Pueblo County resident.


William T. Eagan Scholarship

The William T. Eagan Scholarship requires that you are a full-time History major who demonstrates financial need, and is involved in extra-curricular activities.


Willie Allenback Memorial Golf Scholarship

The scholarship is merit-based only. To be eligible for this scholarship, the student must be a current member of the men’s or women’s golf team.   The successful candidate must be a full-time undergraduate student, and must initially hold and maintain a 2.50 cumulative GPA. Recipients may be residing anywhere inside Colorado.  The scholarship is awarded to CSU-Pueblo athletes as part of their athletic grant-in-aid package.  In most cases, this award will replace existing athletic aid on a dollar-for-dollar basis.


Woodling Graduate Scholarship

The Woodling Scholarship requires that the recipient be enrolled as a full-time degree-seeking student majoring in Biology (not pre-med). The student must maintain a 3.25 cumulative GPA and demonstrate a financial need.

The Wounded Veteran Scholarship will be given to students who have been wounded in combat. The scholarship is need-based and merit-based and is available to part-time and full-time undergraduate or graduate students in any degree-granting program at CSU-Pueblo. The successful applicant must initially possess a 2.0 GPA; and must maintain a 2.0 GPA to remain eligible.  The scholarship is open to any undergraduate or graduate (freshman through graduate) grade level, and is available to students living anywhere inside of Colorado.
